Terms & Conditions

These rules (hereinafter – Rules) establish the procedure for the sale of goods in the online store "AUTOHIM" SIA (hereinafter – Store). The Store operates in accordance with the normative acts of the Republic of Latvia, including the Consumer Protection Law (CPL), the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding distance contracts, the European Union Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP), and other applicable laws.

General terms

• By ordering a product, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Rules and agree to them.
• The Rules apply to all orders and transactions made in the Store.
• The Store reserves the right to change the Rules by publishing them on the website.

Product and safety information

• All chemicals and mixtures are labeled in accordance with CLP requirements.
• The images of the products are illustrative; the actual color, packaging, or labeling may vary slightly.
• Hazardous chemicals are not sold to persons under the age of 18.

Order placement

• Orders can be placed online, via e-mail, or by phone (with written confirmation).
• The Buyer must provide true and complete data; the Buyer is responsible for incorrect data.
• The contract is considered concluded when the Seller confirms the order in writing.

Prices and payment

• All prices are indicated in euros including VAT.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, online payment, or cash/card upon receipt of the goods (if offered).
• Ownership of the goods transfers to the Buyer after full payment has been received.

Delivery and receipt

• Delivery is only carried out within the territory of Latvia.
• Hazardous chemicals are not delivered to parcel machines or addresses where prohibited by transport regulations.
• Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must check the packaging and report any damages within 24 hours.

Liability and safe use

• The Buyer must follow the usage and safety instructions indicated on the packaging.
• The Seller is not liable for damage if the Buyer has not followed safety requirements.
• The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure circumstances.

Dispute resolution

• Disputes are resolved through negotiations; if this is not possible – in the court of Latvia.
• The Consumer can turn to the PTAC or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
