Refund policy

These rules establish the procedure for returning goods and refunding money in the online store "AUTOHIM" SIA, based on the Consumer Rights Protection Law and the Cabinet of Ministers regulations on distance contracts.

Right of Withdrawal

• The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 days, provided that the goods have not been used, have not been opened, and are in their original packaging.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened containers of chemicals, goods with a short shelf life, and other goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Return Procedure

• The buyer must submit a written application with the order number, reason for return, and bank account number for the refund.
• The buyer bears the return costs unless the goods are damaged due to the seller's fault.
• The buyer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged and safely transportable.

Refund

• The money will be refunded within 14 days from the day the seller receives the goods and verifies their condition.
• If the goods do not meet the return conditions, the money will not be refunded, and the buyer may retrieve the goods at their own expense.

Defective Goods

• If the goods are damaged or do not match the description, the buyer has the right to request an exchange, repair, or refund.
• The seller will cover all delivery costs related to the return if the damage was caused by the seller's fault.
