Ecofritherm concentrate (90%)

The heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM" with a low freezing temperature is designed for use in autonomous heating systems, air conditioning units, and also as a working fluid in heat exchange systems that operate at low temperatures. We especially recommend using it in private houses and for underfloor heating.

Composition.

The base component of the heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM" is high-quality propylene glycol. The heat carrier contains balanced additives of various metal corrosion inhibitors and protective agents. This complex of inhibitor additives includes substances that protect the heat carrier fluid from foaming, as well as additives that protect sealing materials from damage. In the production of the heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM", demineralized, desalted, and softened water is used.

Methods of Use.

We produce two types of heat carriers - "EKOFRITHERM – 25" and "EKOFRITHERM-K". The heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM-25" is a ready-to-use antifreeze with a freezing temperature of -25°C. The heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM-K" is an antifreeze concentrate. It can only be used diluted with demineralized water according to the table No. 1 attached below.

In natural circulation systems, we recommend mixing the heat carrier "FRITHERM" concentrate before pouring it into the system. In forced circulation systems, the heat carrier "FRITHERM" concentrate can be mixed directly in the system. First, a portion of the required amount of water should be poured in, then the antifreeze, and then the remaining amount of water. For heating systems with electric boilers, we recommend checking the parameters of the circulation pump and replacing it with a more powerful one if necessary. The heat carrier based on propylene glycol has a larger expansion temperature coefficient than water, so to avoid air entry into the closed heating system, it is necessary to install a pressure vessel according to table No. 2.

It is recommended to seal the connection points of closed systems with materials that are resistant to propylene glycol. Adhering to operational modes, the corrosion resistance properties of the heat carrier are maintained for 5 years of continuous operation or for 10 heating seasons.

System Preparation.

To ensure the safe and long-term operation of the system with the heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM", preparatory work must be carried out and a system hydro test must be performed. Before filling the already used system with the heat carrier, it is necessary to flush it with a surface cleaning agent. 

Precautions.

The heat carrier "EKOFRITHERM" is intended only for technical purposes, therefore it should not come into contact with food products and drinking water. If the liquid comes into contact with skin or clothing, it should be urgently washed off with plenty of water.

Storage.

The heat carrier should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, in tightly sealed packaging, away from food products. Protect from fire.
