Ecologically safe, low-freezing heat carrier, designed for "cold" circuits of heat pumps and other heat exchange units with forced circulation. Endowed with increased heat capacity and fluidity.

Composition

"EKOFROST" heat carrier represents a water-alcohol solution with a multifunctional added mixture. Specially purified and "softened" water is used in its production, which enhances its stability in operation.

Usage peculiarities

"EKOFROST heat carrier" is available in ready-to-use form: "EKOFROST-20" and "EKOFROST-25" with a crystallization start temperature of -20ºC and -25ºC respectively. By customer order, "EKOFROST - concentrate" is also available, which must be diluted with technical, distilled, or specially purified and softened water according to the table below:

System preparation

For reliable and long-term operation of the system with "EKOFROST heat carrier," several preparatory steps need to be taken:

• Before introducing the heat carrier into a new system, a hydro test must be conducted, and operation should be checked at positive temperatures with water, at negative temperatures with antifreeze.
• If leaks are detected, the liquid should be drained, problems should be addressed, and the test should be repeated.
• Before use in an old system, it should be flushed with a special liquid to remove contamination.

Storage

The heat carrier should be stored in a place inaccessible to children. Storage period – 3 years from the date of manufacture.

Available packagings: cans – 25 L, barrels – 60 L and 210 L, container – 1000 L. The packaging is paid separately.
